THERMOPOLIS - Funeral services for Gregory Thomas Reeves, 22, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 22, at Community Federated Church with Pastor Steve Frank officiating. Interment will follow in Monument Hill Cemetery in Thermopolis.

He died July 16, 2005, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, the result of an accident.

Born Aug. 28, 1982, in San Antonio, Texas, to Mike and Carol (Berry) Reeves, he graduated from Burleson High School in 2001 and was in the final year of his apprenticeship as a journeyman electrician.

His interests included baseball, softball, paintball and fishing. He was a member of Canaan Baptist Church in Burleson. His dream was to travel the world and to become a writer someday.

Survivors include his parents of Casper; a sister, Hidie Bland and her husband of Sheridan; two brothers, Timothy and his wife of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Jason of Casper; grandparents, Mary Berry of Thermopolis, and Keith and Delores Reeves of Gillette; great-grandparents, Gerald and Juanita Berry of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert; grandfather, Tommie J. Berry; and great-grandparents, Oscar and Etta Payne.
