The Natrona County Commission will vote whether to accept the new lease for trailer owners who lease spaces at the Alcova Trailer Park, at its regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the County Annex, 120 W. First St.

Many trailer owners have objected to the draft lease, saying language in it could cause them to lose money when they want to sell their trailers after they decide not to renew their lease.

Trailer owners want the ability to rescind the termination of their lease if they cannot get a fair price for their trailer, they have said.

However, most commissioners have responded the draft lease is fair and conforms to the requirements of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, which owns the lake and the land surrounding it.

Besides the vote on the lease, commissioners will conduct public hearings for bar and restaurant owners who want to renew their liquor licenses.
