I have read the final environmental impact statement and record of decision for keeping Wyoming's elk feedgrounds on the Bridger-Teton National Forest open for the next 20 years. 

These documents, issued under the authority of the forest but ghost-written by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, bring to mind only one descriptive phrase: "criminal negligence in wildlife conservation."

There is nothing left to say.
