Imagine this: John Barrasso, who by accident of birth is a native of Pennsylvania, can represent Wyoming in the United States Senate.

Imagine this: Gary Trauner, who by accident of birth is a native of New York, cannot represent Wyoming in the United States House of Representatives.

Imagine this: Cynthia Lummis, who wants to represent Wyoming in the U.S. House, cannot think clearly.
