A 48-year-old Casper man was stabbed to death Friday night, police said.

Multiple suspects are in custody in connection to the stabbing, Casper police Sgt. Steve Schulz said Saturday.

"There is no danger to the community," he said.

The exact number of suspects was not immediately available nor was the specific charges they will face.

Schulz said some of the suspects were juveniles.

The stabbing occurred at about 10 p.m. on the 700 block of East A Street, several blocks east of downtown. The suspects were taken into custody shortly afterward, Schulz said.
