As a result of the severe weather and flooding that occurred on Friday evening in Casper and the surrounding areas, the American Red Cross established an emergency shelter at Casper College, according to the Casper Fire Department.
The shelter is located in the administration building gymnasium at the college, 125 College Dr.
Area residents who need shelter as a result of the flooding are encouraged to go to Casper College.
