Poll: Don't let police make stops just for seat belts

Wyoming voters don't want to give police the power to stop drivers who aren't buckled up, a new Casper Star-Tribune poll shows.

State law now allows police to ticket people who don't buckle up, but officers can't stop a car for that reason.
