Police seek information
Casper police are seeking the public's help in solving the theft of two remote-controlled model airplane kits that were stolen sometime in October or November. Someone opened a basement window of a home on the 1600 block of Glendale Avenue and took the kits, police said. The balsa-wood kits were valued at about $360.
Anyone with information on the crime should call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at (307) 577-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and can earn a reward of up to $1,000. Tips can be left online at www.crime-stoppers.com.
Workforce Center hosts fair
The Casper Workforce Center is hosting the Born Identity Job Fair - geared toward workers 50 and older - from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Casper Recreation Center, 1801 E. 4th Street.
"We're bringing together employers who value workers with experience that have both full-time and part-time opportunities," said Guy Hadley of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services.
Job seekers are requested to bring a resume with them to the fair.

Citizenship class begins Jan. 28
A free session of classes for immigrants planning to apply for United States citizenship will begin on Jan. 28 and run through May 12.
The class is designed for those individuals who are able to speak, read, and write some English and are within one year of being eligible to apply for citizenship, according to Lisa Mixer, Casper College tutor coordinator and Adult Basic Education/GED codirector.
Preregistration is required for the class, and can be done between now and Jan. 25 by calling Mixer at Casper College at 268-2453.
