We have just spent a wonderful holiday in Wyoming mainly based in your lovely city of Casper. We just wanted to write and say thanks through the Star-Tribune to everyone for being so friendly and welcoming, especially all those people we met through my sister and niece who live in Casper including Father John and the congregation at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, the lovely people who organized the Casper marathon, and the folk who live in Missouri Circle. But we also want to mention everyone else we met at the places we visited and all those who served us in the shops, restaurants and businesses. You are all superb!

We fell in love with Wyoming, the scenery and wildlife is amazing and we had the opportunity to spend six days in the Yellowstone area organized by our family where we were privileged to see among so many other sights, a black bear and her cubs. Fantastic! But we also went to the rodeo, and to Independence rock, visited the Interpretive Center and went for a memorable ride on a covered wagon with Historic Trails West - the list goes on.

We've never been to the United States before and considered this to be the holiday of a lifetime. Now we can't wait to come back to Wyoming and have started saving up. Hope it won't take us too long!

So once again a big thank you to Wyoming in general and Casper in particular.
