When I was visiting the beautiful city of Charleston, S.C., many years ago, I read their paper with interest and an obituary notice in particular.
It read: "Mr. Abrams, though a stranger in our midst, has made many friends in the past forty-nine years."
This is my 49th year in Wyoming. When do I become a citizen of this wonderful state?
