Editor:
Someone has stolen most all of the left-hand green arrows in Casper! There are very few working ones left.
There are a couple at Wyoming Boulevard and Second Street, but for the most part, they are gone.
We used to have them. Where have they all gone?
People should check around and see if they can find any and put them back. I for one miss them. In this day and age of much heavier traffic in Casper, we need them. Please return them!
