Re: the June 3 Casper Star-Tribune editorial, "Wyo GOP shows it's at odds with leaders." I submit to you that the GOP delegates are way ahead of the elected policy makers.

Our senators and others, support the lock-up of the Wyoming Range from energy exploration and development, support making 387 miles of the Snake River untouchable. And of course, Anwar is off limits, as is coal shale off-shore expansion, etc.

I'm not confident of these roadblocks to energy availability, as they are flimsy excuses of harming the fragile environment. Those who support these policies deserve the consequences; the rest of us do not.

Consider who is really out of touch!
