Re: the Joan Barron article on Wyoming's investment portfolio.

What a great compliment for former State Treasurer Cynthia Lummis. While nowhere in the article was it acknowledged that Cynthia Lummis was the architect of the state's portfolio, it must be remembered that she was responsible for those decisions that formed the basis for where the state's investments are today.

She did it!

Cynthia is experienced and respected in government and financial circles and is the most qualified to be our next U.S. representative to Congress.
