A 55-year-old man died in a roll-over accident Saturday night in Hot Springs County, a Wyoming Highway Patrol dispatcher said Sunday.

William Royce Tiernan was riding in a 1998 Chevy pickup when the driver lost control at mile post 35.1 on Wyoming Highway 120, the dispatcher said.

Tiernan and the woman driver were both ejected from the pickup, she said.

The woman suffered a broken back.

Bad weather may have been a factor in the accident, the dispatcher said.
