College National Finals Rodeo
* June 11-June 17, The CNFR will be held at the Casper Events Center. All performances will begin at 7 p.m., including the Saturday Championship Round. Slack will be held on Mon., June 12 and Tues., June 13 at 7 a.m. with special 'Bulls N Broncs Only' on Sun., June 11 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Individual tickets are $6, $12, and $16 each. UW events
* The 7th Annual Classics Institute: "Life, Love and War: Rome from Republic to Empire" will be held on the University of Wyoming campus June 11 through 16. Secondary school teachers, community college faculty, and the general public are encouraged to submit applications for the institute. The cost of the institute without lodging is $75 and includes tuition and meals. Fee costs of $125 to $150 for Wyoming teachers and $250 for members of the public cover five nights of lodging, breakfasts, lunches, and tuition. Participants may also sign up for two hours of graduate enrichment credit from the University of Wyoming for an additional $80. Free Swim in Rock Springs
* Wednesday, May 3rd from 6:30-8 p.m. The Paraprofessional Association of Western Wyoming Community College announces it's annual "Free Swim Night" in conjunction with their annual Pantry Raid Food Drive. Area residents can swim for free in Western Wyoming Community College's pool in exchange for one nonperishable food item donation. All proceeds will benefit the Food Bank.

Workshop to Lower Wyoming's Divorce Rate

Jackson Hole Juggling Club
* Juggling Club is for jugglers aged 8 and up of all skill levels and is led by Off Square Theatre's own wacky professional juggler, Artistic Director Bob Berky. Horse adoption
* May 12 and 13, The Wyoming Bureau of Land Management and the Wyoming Honor Farm will host a wild horse adoption on May 12 and 13 in Riverton. The adoption will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 13 with the gates being opened at 7:30 a.m. for previewing the horses. Crisis intervention training
* The Advocacy & Resource Center, 136 Coffeen Ave., Sheridan will continue training volunteers for crisis line intervention Tuesday and Thursday evenings through May 25. Through training, volunteers will develop the skills needed to provide a variety of services to victims of violence over the crisis line. If you are interested in volunteering, but cannot attend part of the training session, please call to work out alternative training times. Parent-education seminars
The Wyoming Children's Access Network provides parent-education seminars for divorcing, separated and never-married parents. The seminar is provided monthly in Casper, Cheyenne, Cody, Gillette, Jackson, Lander, Laramie, Rawlins, Rock Springs, Sheridan and Torrington and provides information about the impact of parental conflict on children and teaches the parents skills to help with the difficult transition. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and other adults close to the children are welcome to attend as well.There is a nominal fee for the seminar that may be waived upon request, based on need. Art exhibition
*Oct 15, 2005 - May 31, 2006 - Exhibit - Boom & Bust in the Overthrust, Evanston - An exhibit documenting the impact of the energy boom of the late 1970s on Evanston is now installed in the Museum's East Gallery. The exhibit features photographs, newspaper and magazine articles, memorabilia and personal memories from the ten-year period that transformed Evanston from a "sleepy little town" of 4,400 residents to today's small city of 11,500.
