So is it weird that someone loves cranberries and doesn't love blueberries?
Yes, because each has skins that "pop" when heated, each is tart rather than really sweet, and each bursts with flavor.
Weirdness aside, it's not that I don't eat blueberries, it's just that I like other "berries" so much better.
Growing up, Peggy Jane the Mom used to make those blueberry muffins out of a box with a little can of blueberries that you added in.
They were Scott the Brother's absolute favorite, especially when he got them warm from the oven.
