CASPER - - Services for Fred R. Armstong, 76, will be held at 2 p.m., July 17, 2009, at the Oregon Trail VA Memorial Cemetery.

He died Friday, January 16, 2009, at the Peterson Regional Medical Center in Ingram, Tex., of cardiovascular disease.

Mr. Armstrong joined the United States Navy in 1950 and was honorably discharged in 1954.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to, the International Essential Tremor Foundation, P.O. Box 14005, Lenexa, KS 66285-4005 or the charity of ones choice in Mr. Armstrong's name.
