Services for Lon Floyd Plucknett, 51, will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2009 at Mt. Hope Lutheran Church. He died July 1, 2009 at his home.

He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church and was a member of Mount Hope Lutheran Church at the time of death.

He attended Casper schools and graduated from NCHS in 1976 and from the University of Wyoming in 1981. He lived in Hailey, Idaho for 10 years, moving to Casper in 1994.

Survivors are two sons, Daniel (Amber) of Minot, ND, Jacob in Iraq, his mother, Euverda, three sisters, Becky Spahn, Lana Clark, Ann Ronshaugen, all of Casper; one granddaughter, Aurora, one grandson Floyd. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd.

Memorials may be made to Mount Hope Lutheran Church.
