EVANSTON - - Funeral service for Richard Ray "Dick" Dean, 62, will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2009, in the Evanston South Stake Center, 632 Twin Ridge Ave .
Interment with military honors will be in the Evanston City Cemetery.
He died Monday, July 6, 2009, at the University of Utah Hospital, after battling a short illness.
Mr. Dean was drafted into the U.S. Army on September 13, 1966, for two years during Vietnam War. He was selected to wrestle for the USA. He was an all Army wrestling champion and he wrestled his way to national and world class championships.
