The Wyoming Cowgirls' soccer season ended Wednesday night with a 1-0 loss to New Mexico in the first round of the Mountain West Conference Tournament. The Cowgirls finished the year 9-8-3 overall.

Prior to the game, two Cowgirls were honored by being named Second Team All-Conference. Senior Emma Wilson and junior Nicole Rice earned conference honors of the first time in their careers. Wilson not only led the team in assists, but she also was tied for second in the MWC in assists at the end of the regular-season. Rice was tied for second on the squad in goals with three and second in shots.
