Antonio DiMaria and Jackson's James Hayden scored 15 points apiece to lead six players in double figures as Casper College cruised to a 98-45 victory over the Wyoming All-Stars in its season opener.
Michael Dietz, who helped Natrona County to the Class 4A state title last season, added 11 points and six rebounds for the Thunderbirds, who led 49-18 at the half.
Cameron Howard pitched in 14 points, Robert Mayes had 11 points and a game-high eight rebounds and Abner Kamps scored 10 points. Art Steward (NC) finished with seven points.
Former T-Bird and current assistant coach Dan Russell led the all-stars with 20 points.
Casper hosts Williston State on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
