Cokeville wrestling coach Martin Linford was named Wyoming's coach of the year by the National Wrestling Coaches Association.

The Panthers won the Class 2A state title.

Douglas' Bruce Winton was named the wrestler of the year. The Chadron State-bound grappler was also named the Class 3A wrestler of the year after winning his second state championship.

Star Valley's Adam Guild was named the assistant coach of the year. Guild has coached the Braves for seven years and is a big reason why Star Valley has won three of the last four 3A team titles. Guild was also named the Region 7 coach of the year, beating out coaches from Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Wyoming.
