  13. Monsignor James O'Neill

    Monsignor James O'Neill was born and educated in Ireland. He was ordained to the Catholic priesthood in the Diocese of Cheyenne on June 17, 1954, and was named a monsignor in May 1971. After 35 years serving at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cheyenne and St. Anthony's in Casper, he retired because of ill health in 1998. In retirement, Msgr. O'Neill continues to minister through his television Mass, which is broadcast every week on K2TV and also to the people at St. Patrick's Church in Casper, where he lives.
