  1. Nic plans summer festival

    Lisa Hatchadoorian, new curator at the Nicolaysen Art Museum, hangs one of the final pieces for the show "Postcards of the Wild Wild West" on Thursday afternoon in preparation for the show's opening on Thursday evening. The show culminates with an auction and dance May 5.
    The Nic is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and staff are in the midst of planning for a large summer festival June 15 and 16.
