Frank Shamrock is a mixed-martial arts fighter based out of San Jose, Calif. He is considered by many to be the prototype of modern mixed-martial arts and has earned the nickname, "The Legend," for his toughness and wins over some of the best fighters of his generation: Sebastion "Bas" Rutten, Tito Ortiz and Phil Baroni included.
"A lot of people stop themselves. It's that simple. The fear of the unknown gets people down: the fear of getting choked out or knocked out or whatever. If you get hurt, put some tape on it. You can't let a broken bone stop you.
Your dream is your goal. Your goal is what you should be doing."
