"There is a big myth about leadership. The myth is that only the smartest, the fastest and the strongest kids grow up to be leaders.

I am testimony that this is only a myth because I was never the smartest, the fastest or the strongest kid in anything that I did. I have always been the tortoise, inching my way forward with determination and deliberation.

I have often wondered what it must be like to be the hare rather than the tortoise but I am pretty certain that I will never find out."
