A teacher for 28 years, with 27 of those in the Natrona County School District, she also has been a coach for 15 years. Teaching and coaching, Sally said, helped her find her identity and worth. This mother tells her children, "You have the good days and the bad days, but family is always there for them." Called the "fun director" by her husband, Richard, Sally said, "These children that my husband and I are raising are our reasons for living and growing old, together, to enjoy in the twilight of our life."</i>

"Live, learn, and learn to be patient. Go with the flow. Accept change with an open heart and an open mind. Don't be afraid to not be in control all of the time. Give respect to others because respect given is respect earned. Do what is always right and fair, to yourself and others. Surround yourself with people like yourself. Those people who you associate with should have the same morals, values and sense of self that you do. Find someone you can laugh with - lots of laughter makes for lots of smiles. Do what you love! Follow your dreams! Don't pick a career that you can simply make a lot of money at, but that brings you no happiness. Wisdom, I think, comes from experience."
